Bulgun Suchinova Counselling and Psychotherapy
Integrative Gestalt therapy with a person-centred, trauma-informed approach and EMDR expertise
Hi, my name is Bulgun. I am an Integrative Gestalt therapist with ten years of experience, working in North London and online. I support people struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or the effects of trauma.

My approach combines Gestalt and person-centred foundations with a trauma-informed perspective, allowing therapy to address immediate difficulties while also fostering meaningful, long-term change.

I'm registered with Aviva, AXA Health, Allianz, Cigna and WPA private health insurances.
How I can help
People come to therapy from different starting points. Some are looking for help with anxiety, stress, or depression. Others are struggling with recurring difficulties in relationships. Some already know that trauma or EMDR work is what they want. My approach is designed to meet people at these different entry points while offering one coherent way of working.
My approach

My work is grounded in Gestalt therapy and a person-centred way of working. This means therapy is shaped around you as an individual, with attention to dialogue, trust, and the therapeutic relationship.

Alongside this foundation, I draw on attachment and developmental understanding, as well as trauma-informed approaches. For some people, therapy begins with the wish to feel better quickly — for example around anxiety, panic, stress, insomnia, or low mood. For others, it begins with relationship difficulties or trauma. Depending on your needs, the work may remain focused and short term, or develop into longer-term therapy aimed at deeper understanding and change.

Book design is the art of incorporating the content, style, format, design, and sequence of the various components of a book into a coherent whole. In the words of Jan Tschichold, "Methods and rules that cannot be improved upon have been developed over centuries. To produce perfect books, these rules must be revived and applied." The front matter, or preliminaries, is the first section of a book and typically has the fewest pages. While all pages are counted, page numbers are generally not printed, whether the pages are blank or contain content.
