People come to therapy from different starting points. Some are looking for help with anxiety, stress, or depression. Others are struggling with recurring difficulties in relationships. Some already know that trauma or EMDR work is what they want. My approach is designed to meet people at these different entry points while offering one coherent way of working.
I can support you if you’re struggling with anxiety, panic, overwhelm, low mood, stress, sleep difficulties, or challenges adjusting to life changes and transitions. We can start by helping you feel more stable and cope with immediate difficulties, while also exploring the deeper reasons behind these feelings over time.
If you're finding yourself repeating patterns in relationships, going through a breakup or feeling lonely, therapy can offer a path forward. You might find it hard to communicate, set boundaries, or feel good enough in relationships. Together, we can gently explore these experiences and find new ways of connecting that feel safer and more fulfilling.
